Constructable partnered with Liberty Energy to deliver its new $50 million regional headquarters in Odessa’s Leeco Industrial Park, creating a purpose-built operations hub in the heart of the Permian Basin.
Designed to consolidate multiple Liberty operations into one centralized campus, the facility features a 1,200-foot-long maintenance building, a 42-bay maintenance workshop, 50,000-square-foot warehouse, six-bay truck wash facility, and a two-story office building with dedicated employee and training spaces. The maintenance operation was designed around the demands of Liberty’s specialized fleet, including extensive high-capacity overhead crane infrastructure to support equipment service and repair.
The completed facility brings four previously separate operations under one roof and supports approximately 1,500 employees. It also serves as a regional logistics and maintenance hub supporting Liberty operations across the Permian Basin, South Texas, and Haynesville.
Built with future growth in mind, the Odessa campus gives Liberty the space and infrastructure to expand its operations as energy demands evolve.
