Jeremy McWilliams
Board Member
Jeremy McWilliams lives in Phoenix Arizona with his wife and three daughters where he owns a business and operates as a business coach for other business owners helping them find purpose, meet goals and build better humans. He attended college at Oral Roberts University and medically retired as a Master Sergeant from the US Army Special Forces with over 20 years of service. He works to bring lessons learned from years of serving as Green Beret into the business world helping others be the hero in their own stories.
Joel Neeb
Board Member
Joel Neeb is the Chief Transformation and Business Operations Officer at 8x8, driving organizational alignment and operational excellence. A former F-15 mission commander in the U.S. Air Force, he led over 3,000 missions, including presidential escort operations, and brings expertise in leading high-stakes teams to dynamic business environments. Prior to 8x8, he spearheaded enterprise transformations at VMware and served as CEO of Afterburner, Inc., recognized by Forbes as one of America’s top 25 small businesses. Joel holds advanced degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and serves on multiple executive advisory boards.
Chad Robichaux
Board Member
Chad is a former Force Recon Marine and DoD Contractor with eight deployments to Afghanistan as part of a JSOC Task Force. He is the founder of the Mighty Oaks Foundation, a leading nonprofit providing faith-based combat trauma and resiliency programs for military, veterans, and first responders, and has advised Congress, the VA, and the DoD on PTSd solutions. Chad also co-founded Save Our Allies, a nonprofit that has safely evacuated over 17,000 people from Afghanistan and continues to support global rescue efforts. A bestselling author, Medal of Valor recipient, and former professional MMA champion, Chad holds an MBA, is a board-certified pastoral counselor, and is a 4th-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Master Carlson Gracie Jr. He has been married to his wife Kathy for 27 years, and they have a daughter, two sons—both third-generation Marines—and two granddaughters.
Troy Smotherman

Pastor Troy has dedicated his life to reaching lost and hurting people with a bold, innovative vision. In 2002, he and his family moved to Roswell, where he became the Pastor of Church on the Move, working to unite the community across economic and social divides. His passion for bringing hope through Jesus has led to the church’s explosive growth, especially in children’s and youth ministries, along with impactful outreach programs. Pastor Troy was married to his late wife, Julie, for over 30 years, and together they raised six children and were blessed with two grandchildren.

Dale Walls is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and business development. As a member of the Constructable Board of Directors, Dale brings a wealth of expertise in driving organizational growth and optimizing operational efficiency. With a proven track record of managing and scaling multiple successful businesses, Dale is committed to supporting Constructable’s mission and long-term success.
